What is Internet (Online) Banking?

Internet Banking is one more convenient way to access your account information, manage your finances and pay your bills - from the convenience and security of your own computer. With Citizens State Bank’s Internet Banking, managing your finances is easier than ever.

Once you set up your Internet Banking user ID and password and enrolled in the service, you'll be able to:

  • Check your account balances
  • *Pay bills
  • Verify direct deposits
  • Review and print detailed account activity
  • View statements and item images
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Export information to Quicken®, QuickBooks®, Microsoft Money®, or spreadsheets

*Bill payment features must be activated separately; Inactive billpay accounts for 6 months will be removed.

At this time, Citizens State Bank will only allow enrollment in Internet Banking for existing customers. Other restrictions may apply.

How much does it cost?

Internet access to your accounts and bill payment with internet banking is provided free by Citizens State Bank. No charges will be assessed for setting up your account for internet banking access or for paying your bills on line through internet banking.

Is it safe?

Safeguarding customers' money has been our business for over a century.  Internet banking is no exception.  We're taking all the necessary precautions using the latest technologies to assure your accounts are safe, and that no one has access to them but you and anyone you authorize.
